"Latvian Authorized Automobile Dealers Association" together with "the Latvian Lessors Association" has developed a manual „Guidlines to determine natural car depreciation and damage resulitng not from natural depreciation”
These guidlines will help to manage situations that may arise upon expiration of lease period in connection with car transfer and car repair expenses, it also points out identifying characteristics of natural depreciation and damage not caused by natural depreciation.
